Reforming housing design in our country. Adjustment to the climate and taking inspiration from  flood-prone areas, the modern minimalist house is elevated and stands on stilts 1.2 meters above ground. There is also provision for ramp parking, tall ceiling for air movement, and roof that control heat gain. This innovative prototype features habitable spaces that are enclosed on all sides with antrium that allow ample amounts of light and air in it. It’s a small house intended for 3 to 5 family members.
